Only 5% of Thoroughbred race horses ever win Black Type Stakes races. At Auchamore Stud we endeavour to acquire and market mares who are either Black Type earners or Black Type producers. Similarly, our "For Sale" weanlings, yearlings and 2 year olds have Black Type sibblings or are out of Black Type mares. |
